Terms and Conditions - Amber is a natural product and therefore color or shades of amber you order may differ from images presented here. If you have any special need/request in this regard or would like to receive your order by a specific date, make sure to email us the details before placing your order, to see if we can accommodate your request.

Taxes - Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Delivery - All in-stock items will be shipped within 14 days of receipt of your order. However, due to the nature of our products, some items may require longer time, if color/shade or other extra requirements are to be met. In case of any delay, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order. For that reason, please provide us with your email address and/or phone number. All orders are shipped via USPS (FOB shipping point). Some other arrangements are possible at extra charge.

Shipping, Handling, & Insurance - There is no extra fee for shipping, handling & insurance within US. All orders below $100 will be accessed a service charge of $10.00. Additional charges for shipment of orders outside the United States may apply. For an estimate related to a specific order, please contact us via email before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy - We accept returns and exchanges provided:

  1. The Buyer obtains, in advance, our Return Authorization Number (RAN) not later than 25 days and the items are returned within 35 days from the date of our initial shipment. Please use this RAN Request form to request a return.
  2. Items are returned in perfect conditions
  3. The Buyer pays return shipping charges and insurance.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
